摘 要:采煤机在井下综采工作面进行采煤作业时,尤其是在煤层压力大的情况下,往往会产生大量超大块原煤或发生片帮现象,需破碎装置进行破碎作业。传统破碎滚筒使用中,过载时需更换扭矩轴,存在操作时间较长、经济性较差的问题。设计了一款限矩型破碎滚筒,可实现自动保护,无需人工干预即可快速恢复生产,提高了综采工作面的生产效率。When the shearer works in the underground fully mechanized mining face,especially in case of high coal seam pressure,it often produces a large amount of super large raw coal,or lead to coal wall caving,needs the crushing device for crushing operation.When the traditional crushing drum is used,the torque shaft needs to be replace when it is overloader,which exists problems such as long operation time and poor econony.A torque limited crushing drum was design,which can achieve automatic protection,rapidly recovery the production without manual intervention,and improve the production efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.
