摘 要:输送带自移机尾是用来连接带式输送机与转载机的一种煤矿综采设备,目前输送带自移机尾大都是用人工来进行调平、调偏、推移等,尽管有小部分控制系统升级为电液控系统,由于管路流量过大,还是无法将设备调平和实现精准推移。缓冲阀控制系统在输送带自移机尾上的应用,将解决人工调平困难、控制精度不足的问题,消除输送带自移机尾控制靠人工经验、近距离操作存在的安全隐患。通过多次实验分析,应用缓冲阀控制系统可以大幅提高控制精度,降低压力冲击效果明显。The self-advancing tail piece of conveyor belt is a fully mechanized coal mining equipment used to connect the belt conveyor and the beam stage loader.At present,The self-advancing tail piece of conveyor belt is mostly manually adjusted,although a small part of the control system has been upgraded to the elector-hydraulic control system,due to the excessive flow of the pipeline,it is still impossible to level the equipment and achieve precise movement.The application of the buffer valve control system on self-advancing tail piece of conveyor belt will solve the problems which were difficulty in manual leveling and insufficient control accuracy,and will get rid of the potential safety hazards that depends on manual experience and makes the short-range operation.Through many experiments and analysis,the control accuracy of the buffer valve control system can be greatly improved,and the pressure shock reduction effect is obvious.
