摘　　要：浮动油封漏油是当前采煤机摇臂的主要故障之一,可导致轴承、齿轮失效。为提高采煤机运行的可靠性,对浮动油封的安装、检测方法进行研究。通过对浮动油封常规安装、检测方法的了解,根据浮动油封的密封机理,结合其设计要求,提出了一种快速、可靠的安装、检测方法。Oil leakage of floating oil seal is one of the main faults of shearer rocker arm,which can lead to bearing and gear failure.In order to improve the reliability of shearer operation,studied the installation and detection methods of floating oil seal.Through the understanding of the conventional installation and detection methods of floating oil seal,according to the sealing mechanism of floating oil seal,combined with its design requirements,a fast and reliable installation and detection method was developed.
