摘　　要：浮动油封是采煤机截割部行星减速器内的重要组成部分,在使用过程中一旦损坏,现场更换费时费力。根据实际安装过程中发现的问题及解决方法,阐述了井下更换浮动油封的过程和一些注意事项,准备了有效的工具,提出了合理的拆卸、测量和安装方式,大大缩短了作业时间,提高了工作效率。Floating oil seal is an important part of planetary reducer in shearer cutting section.Once it is damaged in use,it is time-consuming and laborious to replace it on site.According to the problems found in the actual installation and the solving methods,expounded the process of changing the floating oil seal in underground and some matters needing attention,prepared the effective tools,put forward the reasonable methods of disassembly,measurement and installation.The operation time is greatly shortened and the working efficiency is improved.
