摘 要:为提升煤矿设备的智能化运维能力、提高设备的故障诊断与检修效率,某煤矿搭建设备故障预警与诊断平台,远程实时监测设备的振动和工艺量信号参数,对设备的运行状态进行评估。在监测过程中发现主井多绳摩擦式提升机滚筒非驱动端轴承位置的轴向测点振动速度幅值明显高于其他方向测点,且各测点振动幅值有一定的上升趋势,因此对其各测点的振动信号进行详细的幅值域、时域及频域分析,诊断出该提升机滚筒非驱端滚动轴承因长期承载较大的轴向力导致轴承部件出现疲劳剥落现象。通过解体检查,验证了诊断结果与拆检状态完全一致。此故障诊断分析方法对于煤矿多绳摩擦式提升机等低速、重载型设备故障诊断具有一定工程借鉴价值和参考意义。In order to improve the intelligent maintenance capabilities of coal mine equipments,improve th e efficiency of equipment fault diagnosis and overhaul,a coal mine built an intelligent diagnosis platform to remotely monitor equipment vibration and process signal parameters in real time,and evaluate the operating status of the equipment.During the monitoring process,it was found that the velocity amplitude of the axial measuring point at the bearing position of the roller non-drive end of the multi-rope friction hoist in the main shaft was significantly higher than that of the measuring points in other directions,and the vibration amplitude of each measuring point had a certain upward trend.The vibration signal of each measuring point was analyzed in detail in the amplitude domain,time domain and frequency domain,and it was diagnosed that the non-drive end rolling bearing of the hoist drum bears a large axial force for a long time,resulting in fatigue spalling of bearing components.Through the disassembly inspection,it was verified that the diagnosis results are completely consistent with the disassembly and inspection state.This fault diagnosis and analysis method has certain engineering reference value and reference significance for the fault diagnosis of low-speed and heavy-load equipment such as multi-rope friction hoists in coal mines.
