摘  要:为了解决液压缸筒人工除锈操作不方便、留有死角、表面粗糙度达不到设计和使用要求、除锈效率低、工人劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种液压缸筒内孔除锈机。采用更换不同打磨头可对内孔进行打磨和抛光,同时采用升降台调整缸筒的高度对不同直径的缸筒打磨;利用PLC控制伺服电机正、反转可实现缸筒移动小车往复运动;在打磨头上安装有速度传感器、测距传感器、距离传感器,实时对打磨速度、尺寸、打磨深度等进行实时监测。经打压试验,维修后的液压缸筒各项指标符合测试标准,证明了该设备的有效性。In order to solve the problems of manual derusting operation of hydraulic cylinder that it is not convenient to operate,there are dead corners,the surface roughness can not meet the design and use requirements,the rust removal efficiency is low,and the labor intensity of workers is high,designed a kind of derusting machine for inner hole of hydraulic cylinder.The inner hole can be polished and polished by changing different grinding heads.At the same time,the lifting platform is used to adjust the height of the cylinder to polish the cylinder with different diameters.Using PLC to control the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor can realize the reciprocating motion of the moving cylinder car.A speed sensor,a distance sensor and a distance sensor are installed on the grinding head to monitor the grinding speed,size and depth in real time.Through the pressure test,all indexes of hydraulic cylinder after maintenance meet the test standard,which proves the availability of this equipment.
