摘　　要：针对现有综采工作面远程监测监控系统无法实现设备全生命周期管理和专家远程指导维护等问题,构建了煤矿综采工作面智能服务大数据决策平台。该平台主要包括智能服务提升大数据决策系统、综采设备故障预判系统、综采设备全生命周期管理系统、综采设备工况数据管理系统、综采设备故障诊断数据管理系统和服务任务管理系统。该平台实现了综采设备工况数据采集、故障预判、专家远程指导维护、设备全生命周期管理和人员管理,并且管理者、服务工作人员在保证生产安全、网络安全、数据安全的前提下,在PC端、网页、移动终端可以对煤矿综采工作面进行实时监测,从而实现管理者、技术工程师高效调度管理和决策指挥,对于煤矿安全、高效生产具有重要意义。Aiming at the problems that the existing remote monitoring system of fully mechanized mining face cannot realize the full life cycle management of equipment and the remote guidance and maintenance of experts,the intelligent service big data decision-making platform for fully mechanized mining face in coal mine was constructed.This platform mainly includes intelligent service improvement big data decision-making system,fully mechanized mining equipment fault prediction system,fully mechanized mining equipment full life cycle management system,fully mechanized mining equipment working condition data management system,fully mechanized mining equipment fault diagnosis data management system and service task management system.The platform realizes data collection of fully mechanized mining equipment working conditions,fault prediction,expert remote guidance and maintenance,equipment full life cycle management and personnel management.Under the premise of ensuring production safety,network security,and data security,managers and service staff can real-time monitor the fully mechanized mining face in coal mine by the PC,web and mobile terminals,so as to realize efficient dispatch management and decision-making command for managers and technical engineers,which is of great significance to the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
