摘 要:分析了现阶段无线控制系统的种类和特点以及在煤矿中的应用,提出一种利用手机WLAN的无线可视化控制系统,并将其应用于自移机尾的控制系统。对无线可视化控制系统的特点以及基本设计思路进行了介绍,阐述了系统的硬件总体架构和技术架构,分析了无线可视化控制系统中软件的应用;最后以控制流程图方式对自移机尾的控制过程进行了分析。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现自移机尾远距离无线可视化控制,并且利用手机的无线可视化控制系统操作方便直观、安全性高,能够更好地为煤矿生产活动服务,提高生产效率,并顺应煤矿的智能化发展。Analyzed the types and characteristics of wireless control system at present and its application in coal mine,put forward a wireless visual control system using mobile phone WLAN,which is applied to the control system of self-moving tail.Introduced the characteristics and basic design ideas of wireless visual control system.Expounded the overall hardware architecture and technical architecture of the system,and analyzed the application of software in the wireless visual control system.Finally,the control process of the self-moving tail was analyzed by means of control flow chart.The practical application shows that the system can realize remote wireless visual control of self-moving tail,and is convenient and intuitive to operate with high security,which can better serve coal mine production activities,improve production efficiency and comform to the intelligent development of coal mine.
