摘 要:风景名胜区作为自然保护地系统的重要组成部分,在环境质量和污染物排放等方面管控要求较高,构建科学合理的污水排水系统是保护与开发的基础工程。风景名胜区污水排水系统兼具城镇和农村污水排水系统的特点,规划设计应因地制宜、统筹考虑。分别从集中式与分散式污水排水系统的特征、污水处理厂与一体化污水处理设施适用场景、城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准与农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准选择等方面进行了分析论述,提出了不同类型风景名胜区在污水排水系统布置形式选择、污水处理设施及工艺选择、污水处理设施污染物排放标准等方面应关注的要点和合理化建议。As an important part of the natural reserve system, scenic areas need high management and control standards of environmental quality and pollutant discharge. A scientific and reasonable wastewater system is the basis of protection and development. The sewer systems are featured with characteristics of both urban and rural ones in scenic areas. It should be planned and designed by local conditions and considered comprehensively. This paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics of centralized and decentralized sewer systems, the applicable scenarios of wastewater treatment plants and integrated treatment facilities, the discharge standards selection of urban and rural wastewater treatment facilities. This paper proposes the focuses and suggestions in the layout of sewer systems, facilities and techniques and pollutant discharge standards in different types of scenic areas.
