摘　　要：西医治疗舍格伦综合征多为药物对症治疗,临床发现效果较差且不良反应大。此文介绍李元聪教授治疗舍格伦综合征的临床经验,其根据病因病机及临床表现将舍格伦综合征分为阴液亏虚、肝郁化火、气滞血瘀3型,分别治以滋阴润燥、生津止渴;疏肝解郁、理气止渴;养血活血、祛瘀润燥。予一贯煎合益胃汤加减、逍遥散加减、桃红四物汤加减治疗,临床疗效显著。The treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome in western medicine is mostly symptomatic treatment with drugs,which is found to have poor effect and large adverse reactions.This paper introduces Professor Li Yuancong ’s clinical experience in the treatment of Sjogren ’s syndrome.According to the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this disease,Sjogren’s syndrome is divided into three types:yin fluid deficiency syndrome,liver depression transforming fire syndrome,and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which are treated with nourishing yin for moistening dryness,helping produce saliva and slake thirst;soothing liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and relieving thirst;nourishing and promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and moistening dryness,respectively.Using Yiguan decoction combined with Yiwei decoction,Xiaoyao powder,and Taohong Siwu decoction to remedy the disease respectively,and the clinical effect is significant.
