摘　　要：中药香囊源自中医衣冠疗法,就是利用穿着的衣帽、鞋袜或饰物将药物佩带在身上,通过呼吸道或皮肤吸收而发挥其防病治病作用,是中医外治领域一种古老的治疗方法,以中医整体观念为理论依据,在临床“治未病”方面发挥极大作用,现笔者将临床常用中药香囊作一归纳总结,并探讨其机制研究进展,为临床应用提供有力依据,发挥其更大临床应用价值。Sachet of traditional Chinese medicine originated from the traditional Chinese medicine dressing therapy,which is to wear drugs on the body by using clothes,hats,shoes,socks or accessories,and plays its role in disease prevention and treatment through respiratory tract or skin absorption.It is an ancient treatment method in the field of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,it plays a great role in the clinical“preventive treatment of disease”.Now the authors summarize the sachet of traditional Chinese medicine that commonly used in the clinical,and discuss its mechanism research progress,so as to provide a strong basis for clinical application and play a greater clinical application value.
