摘　　要：慢性溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种以损害直肠、结肠黏膜和黏膜下层为临床特点的慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,病程迁延,缠绵难愈,复发率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,现如今西医方面没有较好的根治办法,而中医传统的治疗方法中药保留灌肠疗法,它重在引导缓解、配合西药增加疗效或减少毒性、还可以提高患者生活质量并在预防复发等方面具有显著临床优势,且调节免疫功能,在临床治疗方面发挥重要作用,故笔者现对近年关于中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的相关文献进行总结归纳分析,并为今后临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供有效的参考依据,以便更好地应用于临床。Chronic ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease with clinical characteristics of damage to the mucosa and submucosa of the rectum and colon.The course of the disease is prolonged,lingering is difficult to meet,and the recurrence rate is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Currently,there is no good radical cure in western medicine.As one of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema therapy,it has significant clinical advantages in guiding remission,increasing efficacy or reducing toxicity in combination with western medicine,improving patients’quality of life and preventing recurrence,and regulating immune function plays a role in clinical treatment.Therefore,the author summarized and analyzed the relevant literatures on the treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in recent years,and provided effective reference basis for the future clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis,so as to better apply it in clinical practice.
