藿葛止泻汤治疗慢性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察藿葛止泻汤治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月莆田市第一医院中医科、消化内科门诊及住院部慢性腹泻患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组予双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗;治疗组煎服中药汤剂藿葛止泻汤治疗。2组患者以2周为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。观察治疗后2组病例临床症状改善情况,包括症状评分及总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%(52/56),对照组为76.79%(43/56);2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后大便泄泻、食欲不振、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软症状均较前下降,和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论从虚滞辨治慢性腹泻,以藿葛止泻汤健脾补肾、化湿行滞,临床疗效满意,值得进一步推广运用。Objective To observe the efficiency of Huoge Zhixie decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhoea.Methods From January2018 to December 2019,112 cases of chronic diarrhea in outpatients and inpatients of department of Chinese medicine and digestive medicine of Putian First Hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral administration of Bifidobacterium,and the treatment group was treated by Huoge Zhixie decoction.Two groups of patients were treated with 2 weeks for a course of treatment.The improvement of clinical symptoms,including symptom score and total effective rate,was observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group was 92.86%(52/56)and 76%(43/56).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of diarrhea,loss of appetite,lassitude and weakness of waist and knee were decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic diarrhea was based on deficiency and stagnation syndrome differentiation,with Huoge Zhixie decoction for invigorating the spleen and kidney,removing dampness and promoting stagnation.It has satisfactory clinical effect and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
