摘　　要：庚子年,金运太过易克伐肝木而致肝气亏虚,经翻阅大量古籍文献及在实践中发现,糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱与肝有着密不可分的关系,笔者将从肝与脾胃、肝与大肠的关系展开论述以此来说明糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱与肝的关系。大补肝汤首载于《辅行诀》,该方的组成内涵与《黄帝内经》五脏的五味补泻恰好吻合,在历代传承中,大多方剂是以《伤寒杂病论》的理论及组方原则为基础发展而来的,因此大补肝汤的价值在临床上被忽略,徐江红教授多年临证,用大补肝汤治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱收到了非常好的疗效。现对其理论进行探讨并列举2则验案供参考,共同学习。In the Gengzi year,Jin Yun was too easy to conquer wood qi and lead to deficiency of liver qi.After reading a large number of ancient books and clinical practice,diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction also has close relationship with liver,the author will from the relationship between the liver and spleen and stomach,liver and large intestine discussed to explain the relationship between diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction and liver.Dabugan decoction was first published in Fu Xing Jue.Its composition and connotation coincided with the five flavors for reinforcing and reducing the five zang organs in Neijing.In generations,most of the formula is based on the theory of typhoid miscellaneous disease,based on the theory and principles of formula of development.Therefore,Dabugan decoction in clinic is ignored.Therefore,the value of Dabugan decoction was ignored in clinical practice,Professor Xu Jianghong has been clinical for many years,the therapeutic effect of Dabugan decoction on diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction has been very good.Now the paper will discuss its theory and list 2 cases for reference and learning together.
