摘　　要：目前对经络的研究主要围绕在筋膜纤维网络支架结构和以神经、血管、内分泌为主的神经-内分泌-免疫系统之间,这三者之间相互依存,相互影响。筋膜结缔组织为中医经络理论提供了物质基础,经络效应的产生亦离不开各系统、各物质的参与,各系统、物质功能的发挥离不开筋膜结缔组织的支撑。临床上针灸效应的发生与筋膜及神经-内分泌-免疫系统关系密不可分。The current research on the meridian mainly revolves around the fascial fiber network scaffold structure and the nerve-endocrineimmune system,which is dominated by nerves,blood vessels,and endocrine.These three are interdependent and affect each other.Fascia connective tissue provides the material basis for the theory of meridian in traditional Chinese medicine.The meridian effect cannot be produced without the participation of various systems and substances,and the function of various systems and substances cannot be achieved without the support of fascial connective tissue.Clinically,the occurrence of acupuncture and moxibustion effects is inseparable from the relationship between the fascia and the nerve-endocrine-immune system.
