摘　　要：目的探讨在肾虚血瘀型滑胎患者中应用滋肾活血安胎汤治疗对性激素水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择新余北湖医院2018年1月—2021年6月收治的80例滑胎患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组予以低分子肝素钙保胎处理,观察组加用滋肾活血安胎汤治疗。对2组临床疗效、性激素水平及妊娠结局进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率及雌二醇(E)、孕酮(P)水平高于对照组,足月妊娠率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾虚血瘀型滑胎患者中应用滋肾活血安胎汤治疗疗效确切,可改善性激素水平和妊娠结局,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Huoxue antai decoction on sex hormone level and pregnancy outcome in patients with habitual abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with habitual abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium for fetal protection,and the observation group was treated with Zishen Huoxue antai decoction for fetal protection.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate and the levels of estradiol(E)and progesterone(P)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the full-term pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group,the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Huoxue antai decoction is effective in the treatment of habitual abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which can improve the level of sex hormone and pregnancy outcome.
