醒脾养儿颗粒治疗食物不耐受诱发婴幼儿湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合外用制剂对食物不耐受诱发的婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将120例6~36个月湿疹伴发食物不耐受患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,2组患儿均采用夫西地酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂及饮食回避治疗,研究组患儿给予醒脾养儿颗粒口服。分别于治疗后2周、4周、4个月比较2组患儿的治疗效果、症状体征评分及食物不耐受的变化情况。结果通过对研究组患儿采用口服醒脾养儿颗粒配合外用制剂及饮食规避的综合调治方案,研究组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,研究组患儿湿疹复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4个月后研究组患儿食物slgG评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒对食物不耐受诱发的婴幼儿湿疹具有改善脾胃功能,增强食物耐受能力,对提高婴幼儿湿疹的治疗效果、降低复发率及防治婴幼儿食物不耐受的发生具有积极的治疗预防意义。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger granule combined with external preparation on infantile eczema induced by food intolerance.Methods 120 children with eczema from 6 months to 36 months with food intolerance were randomly divided into study group and control group.Both groups were treated with fousidiac acid cream and mometasone furoate cream and dietary avoidance treatment.The study group was given Xingpi Yanger granule orally.The therapeutic effect,symptom and sign scores and changes in food intolerance were compared between the two groups at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 months after treatment,respectively.Results The total effective rate of eczema in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of eczema in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 months of treatment,the food slg G score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yanger granule can improve the function of spleen and stomach and enhance the ability of food tolerance in infantile eczema induced by food intolerance.It has positive therapeutic and preventive significance in improving the therapeutic effect of infantile eczema,reducing the recurrence rate and preventing the occurrence of infantile food intolerance.
