针灸联合汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医针灸联合汤剂治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎关节活动度变化及功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年5月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组各60例;其中对照组选择常规牵引治疗,而试验组则在接受常规牵引治疗的同时,采用针灸联合汤剂治疗;观察比较腰椎关节活动度变化及功能恢复情况。结果相比于治疗前,治疗后2组腰椎关节活动度均明显提高(P<0.05);而且相比于对照组,试验组治疗后腰椎关节活动度提高幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,治疗后2组ODI评分、VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);而且相比于对照组,试验组治疗后ODI评分、VAS评分降低幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。相比较于对照组,试验组总有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采用中医针灸联合汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,能对其腰椎关节活动度进行显著改善,促进腰椎功能恢复,减轻疼痛程度,临床疗效显著提升,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with decoction on the range of motion and functional recovery of lumbar joint in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from March 2020 to May2021 were selected and divided into two groups by digital random table method,with 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional traction,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined with decoction.The changes of range of motion and functional recovery of lumbar joints was observed and compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the range of motion of lumbar joint in both groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,the range of motion of lumbar joints in the experimental group was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,ODI score and VAS score in 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,ODI score and VAS score of the experimental group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Using acupuncture combined with decoction to treat patients with lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the range of motion of the lumbar joint,promote the recovery of lumbar function,reduce the degree of pain,and significantly improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
