摘　　要：此文旨在总结王新志教授所认识外感与心悸的联系。文章从心悸的历史源流、病因演变、证候研究及治疗等方面入手,进而总结王新志教授所认为的风、寒、暑、湿、热等外邪侵袭引起心悸的机制,并概括其治法治则。王新志教授为第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验指导老师及中医药传承与创新“百千万”人才工程(岐黄工程)—国家中医药领军人才支持计划人才,临床经验丰富,并善于发现疾病产生原因,总结常见疾病的规律。This article starts with the historical origin,etiological evolution,syndrome research and treatment of palpitation,and then summarizes the mechanism of palpitation caused by wind,cold,summer,dampness and heat,which Professor Wang Xinzhi believes and summarizes the treatment principles and methods of the disease.Professor Wang Xinzhi is the fifth batch of national old Chinese medicine experts academic experience guidance teacher and Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation“tens of millions”talent project(Qihuang project)-national Chinese medicine leader talent support program talent,clinical experience,and good at finding the causes of diseases,summing up the laws of common diseases.
