小针刀松解枕下三角区治疗颈源性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀松解枕下三角区治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月于安徽中医药大学第二附属医院骨伤一科就诊的符合颈源性眩晕患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组采用普通针刺治疗,观察组采用小针刀松解治疗。于治疗前、治疗结束后1周、治疗结束后4周随访时以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎活动度(ROM)评分及颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分并将其进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,2组临床总有效率,治疗后第1周、治疗后4周VAS评分,ROM评分及眩晕量表评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀松解枕下三角区对于治疗颈源性眩晕有明显疗效,于近远期治疗均有显著效果,且针刀松解具有操作简单,疗程短,见效快的优势,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife at suboccipital triangle in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervicogenic vertigo who were treated in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with a small needle knife.Before treatment,1 week after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,cervical spine mobility(ROM)score,and cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale score were used to make statistical analysis.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the two groups,and there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,ROM score and vertigo scale score at 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife to loosen the suboccipital triangle area has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo,and it has significant effects in the near and long-term treatment.The needle knife loosening has the advantages of simple operation,short treatment course and quick effect,and it is worthy of clinical practice.
