穴位敷贴三字经派推拿联合强化干预患儿腹泻的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹泻患儿应用穴位敷贴、三字经派推拿联合强化干预的效果。方法用随机数字表法将2021年1月—2021年12月山西省儿童医院收治的120例腹泻患儿分为对照组和观察组,各60例。均给予三字经派推拿及强化干预,观察组在此基础上给予穴位敷贴。比较2组症状缓解时间、腹泻次数、大便性状评分及免疫功能。结果治疗期间,观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组。治疗3 d、6 d后,2组腹泻次数及大便性状评分呈下降趋势,且治疗3 d、6 d后,观察组腹泻次数低于对照组,治疗6 d后,观察组大便性状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6 d后,2组全血lg A、lg G水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴、三字经派推拿联合强化干预可改善腹泻患儿腹泻症状、大便性状及免疫功能,减少患儿症状缓解时间。Objective To discuss the effect of acupoint application and three-character school massage combined with intensive intervention in children with diarrhea.Methods 120 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group,by random number table.All patients were given three-character massage and intensive intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint application on this basis.Symptom relief time,diarrhea times,stool trait score and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in control group.Before treatment,3 and 6 days after treatment,the number of diarrhea and stool traits score of the two groups showed a downward trend,and after 3 and 6 days of treatment,the number of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and after 6 days of treatment,the stool traits score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 days of treatment,the levels of lg A and lg G in whole blood of 2 groups were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and three-character massage combined with intensive intervention can improve the diarrhea symptoms,stool characteristics and immune function of children with diarrhea,and reduce the time of symptom relief.
