柴胡温胆汤联合利拉鲁肽治疗痰浊型老年糖尿病合并血脂异常临床观察

摘　　要：目的对痰浊型老年糖尿病患者采取不同治疗方案,探究应用柴胡温胆汤加减联合利拉鲁肽治疗的价值。方法纳入观察对象122例,均确诊为痰浊型老年糖尿病,且合并有血脂异常的情况。根据治疗方案的不同,采取利拉鲁肽治疗的61患者为对照组,而接受柴胡温胆汤加减联合利拉鲁肽治疗的61例患者为观察组。将2组患者的治疗效果、血糖水平、血脂水平等作为观察标准,评估2组之间的疗效差异和病情改善情况。同时在治疗期间对患者的不良反应进行记录比较,分析2种治疗方案的安全性。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,2组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者的血糖和血脂水平均存在异常,并且观察组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后,2组患者的血糖、血脂水平有所改善,并且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对痰浊型老年糖尿病患者采取柴胡温胆汤加减联合利拉鲁肽治疗的效果较好,能改善患者的血糖和血脂水平,减轻患者身体不适,不良反应的情况也较少,临床推广价值高。Objective To take different treatment plans for phlegm-turbid elderly diabetic patients and to explore the value of using Chaihu Wendan decoction combined with liraglutide treatment.Methods Enrolled 122 cases of observation subjects,all of whom were diagnosed with turbid phlegm-type senile diabetes with abnormal dyslipidemia.According to different treatment options,61 patients treated with liraglutide were recorded as the control group,while 61 patients treated with Chaihu Wendan decoction combined with liraglutide were the observation group.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level,and blood lipid level of the two groups of patients were used as observation standards to evaluate the difference in curative effect and improvement of the condition between the two groups.At the same time,the adverse reactions of the patients were recorded and compared during the treatment,and the safety of the two treatment options was analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group.There was a significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood glucose and blood lipid levels before and after the treatment showed that the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the patients before treatment were abnormal,and the difference between the observation group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients were improved,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Chaihu Wendan decoction combined with liraglutide for elderly diabetic patients with phlegm-turbidity type is better.It can improve the blood sugar and blood lipid levels of the patients,reduce the patient’s discomfort,and have fewer adverse reactions.The value of clinical promotion is high.
