基于Weka关联规则分析针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的选穴组方规律

摘　　要：目的分析针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的选穴组方规律。方法通过关键词检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库中的针灸临床文献,依据纳入标准和排除标准,共纳入126篇文献,将文献的名称、取穴处方以及腧穴的经脉分布录入数据库,运用Weka 3.9.0软件,对目标数据进行统计分析。结果本次研究共纳入126首穴位处方,共涉及44个穴位,穴位使用频次609次。所取穴位中,使用频率最高的为足三里,占93.65%(118/126)。本次研究涉及9条经脉,腧穴数量排前3位的是胃经、任脉和脾经。在关联规则分析当中,双穴配伍中中脘、足三里支持度为95.24%;三穴配伍中中脘、内关、足三里支持度为34.13%;四穴配伍中,足三里、脾俞、胃俞、中脘、足三里支持度为24.60%。结论针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎所选取经脉以胃经、任脉和脾经为主,足三里、中脘为常用腧穴配伍。Objective To analyze the prescriptions regularity and acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis based on Weka preprocessing association rules.Methods The clinical literatures of database,including CNKI,VIP and Wang Fang data,were researched by keywords.According to exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria,the database of 126 published papers include name,means of intervention,acupoint selection and the vein of acupoint,Weka 3.9.0 software was used to conductstatisticalanalysisoftargetdata.Results The research includes 126 acupoint prescriptions,involves 44 acupoints and the frequency of usage is 609.Among the acupoints,Zusanli(ST36)has the highest proportion,and it is 93.65%(118/126).The research refers to 9 veins.The numbers of acupoints ranked top 3 are stomach meridian,Ren channel and spleen meridian.In the correlation rule analysis of acupoints,the support of Zhongwan(RN12)and Zusanli(ST36)in the two-point combination is 97.56%.The support of Zhongwan(RN12),Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)in the three-point combinationis 34.13%,the support of Pishu(BL20),Weishu(BL21),Zhongwan(RN12)and Zusanli(ST36)in the four-point combination is 24.60%.Conclusion The treatment of chronic superficial gastritis gives priority to stomach meridian,Ren channel,spleen meridian and Zhongwan(RN12)and Zusanli(ST36)are common compatibility.
