柴胡疏肝散治疗乳腺增生症患者内分泌紊乱状态临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡疏肝散对乳腺增生症患者机体内分泌紊乱状态的调节作用。方法本次研究对象均从泰和县妇幼保健院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的120例乳腺增生症患者中选取,分为对照组和观察组,分别60例(随机数字表法)。对照组患者给予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合应用柴胡疏肝散治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗前后的症状积分、乳腺腺体厚度和乳腺导管最粗管径、HAMA和HAMD评分、性激素水平。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者全身伴随症状、乳腺疼痛、乳腺肿块、乳头溢液积分、HAMA和HAMD评分、血清PRL和E_(2)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;乳腺腺体厚度均减少,且观察组少于对照组;乳腺导管最粗管径均缩短,且观察组短于对照组;血清P水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺增生症患者应用柴胡疏肝散可以有效减轻疼痛反应,缩小肿块,改善乳腺腺体的厚度和导管管径,纠正内分泌激素紊乱,改善病情。Objective To investigate the regulatory regulating effect of Chaihu Shugan powder on endocrine disorder in patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods 120 patients with breast hyperplchinaasia treated in Taihe Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases respectively(random number table method).The patients in the control group were treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The symptom scores,breast gland thickness,the thickest diameter of breast duct,HAMA and HAMD scores and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the systemic symptoms,breast pain,breast mass,nipple discharge score,HAMA and HAMD scores,serum PRL and E_(2) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The thickness of mammary gland decreased,and the observation group was less than that of the control group.The thickest diameter of breast duct was shortened,and the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The average level of serum P level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaihu Shugan powder in patients with breast hyperplasia can effectively reduce pain response,reduce mass,improve the thickness of breast gland and catheter diameter,correct endocrine hormone disorder and improve the condition.
