李国勤教授治疗肺痿药对拾遗

摘　　要：李国勤教授系中国中医科学院广安门医院博士生导师,治学严谨,学贯中西,尊古典,崇西学,善运用中药治疗呼吸顽疾,其往往效如桴鼓。李教授指出用药如用兵,贵在知药善用,药物两三伍用可发挥“相须”“相使”之妙。笔者有幸侍诊于侧,现将李国勤教授治疗肺痿常用对药,如生黄芪、炒杏仁;防风、生黄芪;茯苓、山药;黄精、淫羊藿;红景天、泽兰;三棱、莪术;煅龙骨、煅牡蛎;旋覆花、赭石等作一介绍,以飨同道。Professor Li Guoqin is a doctoral tutor of Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.He has a rigorous academic background,learning Chinese and Western cultures,respecting classical and Western cultures,and good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat respiratory dysfunction.Professor Li pointed out that the use of drugs,such as soldiers,the key is to knowing how to use medicines,and the use of two or three medicines can exert the“mutual promotion”and“mutual enhancement”.The author is fortunate to be on the side,and now introduce Professor Li Guoqin commonly uses couplet medicines for treating pulmonary collapse,such as raw astragalus and fried almonds;Divaricate Saposhniovia Root and raw astragalus;poria cocos and yam;Polygonatum sibiricum and Epimedium;Rhodiola and Zelan;Sparganium,Rhizoma Zedoariae;Calcined keel,Calcined oyster;Spirulina flower,daizhehsi to everyone.
