中药茶结合埋线疗法治疗代谢综合征(痰湿体质)临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药茶结合埋线疗法对代谢综合征痰湿体质人群的影响。方法研究对象为2019年5月—2020年5月烟台市中医医院体检中心健康体检人群中痰湿体质100例,所有代谢综合征中痰湿体质者均在体检后1个月内采用中药茶结合埋线疗法进行干预。共分为3个周期,观察痰湿体质者调整前后的体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、血糖、中医证候积分(中医体质评分)等指标。结果经过第1疗程后,体质量指数及体质量显著下降,第2疗程后人群腰围显著下降,第3疗程后,血糖相对稳定,体质量下降缓慢,腰围效果显著,总有效率为96.0%(96/100)。结论采用中药茶结合埋线疗法对代谢综合征中痰湿体质人群体质量指数及腰围有显著疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the intervention of Chinese medicine tea combined with catgut embedding therapy on people with phlegmdampness constitution in metabolic syndrome,so as to determine the reduction of inflammatory factors and body mass index of people with phlegm-dampness constitution in metabolic syndrome,thus reducing the occurrence factors of related diseases and delaying the development of diseases.Methods The subjects were 100 patients with phlegm-dampness constitution in the physical examination center of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020.All patients with phlegm-dampness constitution in metabolic syndrome were intervened by traditional Chinese medicine tea combined with catgut embedding therapy within one month after physical examination.There were three periods as the body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),blood sugar and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(traditional Chinese medicine constitution score)of patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were observed before and after adjustment.Results After the first course of treatment,the BMI and body weight of the population decreased significantly,after the second course of treatment,the WC of the population decreased significantly,after the third course of treatment,the blood sugar of the population was relatively stable,the body weight decreased slowly,the waist circumference effect was significant,the total effective rate of population intervention was 96.0%(96/100).Conclusion Chinese medicine tea combined with catgut embedding therapy has a significant effect on the BMI and WC of people with phlegm-dampness constitution in metabolic syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
