催乳汤联合叙事干预在产后缺乳症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨催乳汤联合叙事干预在产后缺乳症的应用效果。方法用随机数字表法将130例产后缺乳症产妇分为对照组和观察组各65例。2组均给予穴位按摩,观察组同时给予催乳汤联合叙事干预。比较2组临床疗效、乳房胀痛程度、泌乳素水平、泌乳量评分及生活质量。结果治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率、乳房肿胀Ⅰ级及疼痛Ⅰ级占比均高于对照组,乳房肿胀Ⅲ级及疼痛Ⅲ级占比均低于对照组;治疗7 d后,观察组血清泌乳素水平、泌乳量评分高于对照组,观察组生活质量高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论催乳汤联合叙事干预有助于产后缺乳症产妇乳房胀痛及乳汁分泌的改善,提高疗效、产妇生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of Cuiru decoction combined with narrative intervention in postpartum hypogalactia.Methods 130 cases of postpartum hypogalactia were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 65cases in each group.Both groups were given acupoint massage,and the observation group was also given Cuiru decoction combined with narrative intervention.The curative effect,breast tenderness,prolactin level,lactation score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the proportions of total effective rate,grade I breast swelling and pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the proportions of grade III breast swelling and pain were lower than those in the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the serum prolactin level and lactation score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cuiru decoction combined with narrative intervention is helpful to improve the breast tenderness and milk secretion of puerpera with hypogalactia,and improve the curative effect and the quality of life of puerpera.
