摘　　要：通过阐释宣白承气汤来源及肺病同治理论,探讨宣白承气汤在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者中具有优势性,进一步从宣白承气汤单味中药药理作用角度及宣白承气汤的现代研究机制角度,探讨宣白承气汤治疗慢阻肺的作用机制,为临床治疗提供参考。By explaining the source of Xuanbai Chengqi decoction and the theory of simultaneous treatment of lung diseases,this paper discusses the application of Xuanbai Chengqi decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),COPD patients have advantages,further from the perspective of single Chinese medicine Xuanbai Chengqi decoction and Xuanbai Chengqi decoction modern research mechanism,to explore the mechanism of Xuanbai Chengqi decoction in the treatment of COPD,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
