水平裸眼井防砂管柱打捞技术难点分析及措施

摘　　要：水平裸眼井同层侧钻可充分利用原井套管,减少施工井段,大幅降低开发成本的同时,提高了油田整体采收率。处理原井水平裸眼段防砂管柱是水平裸眼井同层侧钻井筒准备技术的关键环节。通过对水平井裸眼段防砂管柱进行切割、回收封隔器、套铣、打捞、磨铣、井筒清洁等技术手段,将套管管鞋以下30m以上防砂管柱处理出井,为后续同层侧钻留够侧钻窗口,保证水平裸眼井同层侧钻顺利实施。The side drilling of the horizontal open-hole well can fully use of the original well’s casing,reduce the section of construction,save the cost of development of wells,and increase the overall recovery rate of the oil field.Dealing with the sand control strings in the horizontal open-hole is the key of this kind of jobs.By cutting,recovering the packer,washing over,fishing,milling,well bore cleaning for the sand control strings,remove 30 meters of sand control string below the casing shoe,leaving a enough side drilling window to ensure the implementation of side drilling in the same layer.
