摘  要:管道运输作为石油的运输和储存主要方式,一旦发生泄漏会造成极大危害。通过建立输油管道三维仿真分析几何模型,同时考虑了输油管道及外部环境空间,运用ANSYS Fluent 2022R1软件研究了不同泄漏管径及不同泄漏压力对输油管道内压力波动、泄漏速度及外部环境的影响。通过网格节点数量无关性验证,确定了仿真分析所需网格节点数量为987254。由泄漏孔径为5%仿真结果分析可知,泄漏速度随着运行压力增加而增大,泄漏压力随着运行压力增加而增大,泄漏流量随着运行压力增加而增大。输油管道泄漏时,正常运行压力为103325Pa,发生泄漏后,泄漏点压力降低至86500Pa,沿输油管道长度方向的压力波动规律为先急速下降再回升。通过对比泄漏孔径1%仿真结果,可知当泄漏尺寸改变时,泄漏速度、泄漏压力、温度及轴向压力分布等云图规律基本一致,泄漏流量大幅降低。In Pipeline transportation,as the main method in transportation and storage of oil.Once the leakage happened,Pipeline transportation will cause the abundant harm.In this paper,by establishing a three-dimensional simulation analysis geometric model of the oil pipeline,and considering the oil pipeline and the external environment space,ANSYS Fluent 2022R1 software is used to study the influence of different leakage pipe diameters and different leakage pressures on the pressure fluctuation,leakage rate to the external environment of the oil pipeline.The number of grid nodes required for simulation analysis is determined to be 987254 through the independent verification of the number of grid nodes.the simulation results show that the leakage aperture is 5%,the leakage velocity increases with the increase of operating pressure,the leakage pressure increases with the increase of operating pressure,and the leakage flow increases with the increase of operating pressure.When the oil pipeline leaks,the normal operating pressure is 103325Pa.After the leakage occurs,the pressure at the leak point is reduced to 86500Pa..Similarly pressure fluctuation law along the length of the pipeline is that it first drops rapidly and then rises.By comparing the simulation results of leakage aperture of 1%,it can be seen that when the leakage size changes,leakage velocity,leakage pressure,temperature and axial pressure distribution are basically the same,but the leakage flow is greatly reduced.
