渤海A油田电泵井精细化管理实践

摘　　要：渤海A油田油田群生产井全部采用电潜泵机采方式,油田提出电泵井精细化管理模式,采用基础资料录取、生态动态实时监控、一井一策、个人领办制等多项措施。形成多个电潜泵井精细化管理良好实践,包括计量产量的跟踪、电泵高温井的解决措施、稠油井含水率测定方法优化及稠油油井启井优化等,保证油井综合时率,大幅提高油井管理水平。All the production wells in the oilfield group of Bohai a oilfield are produced by electric submersible pumps.The oilfield proposes the refined management mode of electric pump wells,and adopts many measures such as basic data acquisition,real-time monitoring of ecological dynamics,one well,one policy,and personal leadership system.It has formed many good practices in fine management of ESP wells,including tracking of metering production,solutions for high-temperature electric pump wells,optimization of water cut measurement methods for heavy oil wells and optimization of heavy oil well startup,etc.,to ensure the comprehensive time rate of oil wells and greatly improve the management level of oil wells.
