摘　　要：针对国内现有熔喷聚丙烯工业化生产技术的不足,采用具有良好流动性与分子强度的熔融指数为20 g/10min~30 g/10min PP-H为原料,加入断链剂、柔顺剂、成核剂、抗氧剂进行反应,通过对原料及原料的配比进行试验,对设备及制备方法进行改进,获得了高熔融指数的熔喷聚丙烯专用料。结果表明,所制备得到的产品符合国标要求,达到Y-1500级别,满足熔喷工艺要求。此方法原料简单、方法可控,对设备要求不高,获得的产品丝径均匀,灰分、挥发分、残留物均满足要求,可推行工业化生产。In view of the shortcomings of the existing industrial production technology of melt blown polypropylene in China,PP-H with good fluidity and molecular strength with a melt index of 20 g/10 min~30 g/10 min was used as raw material,chain breaking agent,softener,nucleating agent and antioxidant were added for reaction.Through the test of raw material and raw material ratio,the equipment and preparation method were improved,and the melt blown polypropylene special material with high melt index was obtained.The results show that the prepared product meets the requirements of the national standard,reaches the level of Y-1500,and meets the requirements of the melt blown process.This method has simple raw materials,controllable method,low requirements for equipment,uniform product wire diameter,ash,volatile and residue all meet the requirements,and can be promoted to industrial production.
