乙醇中对羟基苯甲酸丁酯制备及不确定度评定

摘　　要：利用重量-容量法制备了特性量值为1000μg/mL的乙醇中对羟基苯甲酸丁酯溶液,分别采用F检验和t检验对标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验,并对定值结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,有效期为12个月,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),已被批准为国家二级标准物质。该标准物质可用于食品、环保、医药、职业卫生系统、质量监督检验系统等单位日常分析和检验;也可用于检测方法评价和仪器校准等实验室质量控制;同时也适合作为认证考核现场专用标准物质。为各类型环境监测提供有效的技术支持。A butyl p-hydroxybenzoate solution with a characteristic value of 1000ug/mL in ethanol was prepared by weight-volume method.The homogeneity and stability of the standard substance were tested by F test and T test respectively,and the uncertainty of the determination result was evaluated.The results showed that the standard substance had good homogeneity and stability,and the validity period was 12 months.The relative extended uncertainty of the determination result was 2%(k=2),and it had been approved as the national Secondary standard substance(GBW(E)085319).The standard substance can be used for daily analysis and inspection of food,environmental protection,medicine,occupational health system,quality supervision and inspection system and other units.It can also be used for testing method evaluation and instrument calibration and other laboratory quality control.At the same time,it is also suitable for certification and assessment of on-site special standard substances,providing effective technical support for various types of environmental monitoring.
