摘  要:氯乙烯是聚氯乙烯的单体,在引发剂的作用下,易聚合成聚氯乙烯。氯乙烯也可以和其他不饱和化合物共聚,生成高聚物,这些高聚物在工业上和日用品生产中具有广泛的用途。因此,氯乙烯的生产在有机化工生产中占有重要地位。本文采用电石乙炔法设计氯乙烯单体的生产工艺。详细论述了氯乙烯单体的合成及制备过程,对乙炔的清净工艺和氯乙烯单体合成工段的主要设备进行了精确计算。在计算过程中严格遵守现场和经验数据,力求计算结果准确。另外,在非工艺部分还对生产安全、节能降耗及环境保护作了具体要求。Vinyl chloride is the monomer of PVC,under the action of initiator,easy polymerization into PVC.Vinyl chloride can also be copolymerized with other unsaturated compounds to form polymers,which have a wide range of industrial and household applications.Therefore,the production of vinyl chloride plays an important role in organic chemical production.This paper uses calcium carbide acetylene method to design the production design of vinyl chloride monomer.Vinyl chloride is briefly introduced in the design of the properties,production methods and technology outlook,detailed discusses the synthesis of vinyl chloride monomer and preparation process,the cleaning process of acetylene and main equipment of vinyl chloride monomer synthesis section material,heat calculation,equipment,calculation,especially for the material and equipment to the accurate calculation.Strictly abide by the field and experience data in the calculation process,and strive to correct the calculation process,accurate data,accurate results.In addition,in the non-process part of production safety,energy saving and consumption reduction,as well as environmental protection made specific requirements.
