废气处理装置安全事故的成因及对策分析

摘　　要：随着环保政策日趋严格,废气处理等环保设施广泛应用于废气处理,环境得到了很大改善。废气处理装置事故频发,也为企业带来了严峻挑战。针对以往发生的主要废气处理装置安全事故统计,从有机废气处理装置全流程进行事故成因分析,针对性提出了有效预防废气处理装置火灾发生的措施和方法,提升企业废气处理装置安全水平,防范事故发生。With the increasingly strict environmental protection policies,environmental protection facilities such as waste gas treatment devices are widely used,and the environment has been greatly improved.The frequent occurrence of accidents in waste gas treatment devices has also brought serious challenges to enterprises.In view of the statistics of safety accidents about waste gas treatment devices in the past,the cause of accidents is analyzed from the whole process of waste gas treatment,and the measures and methods to effectively prevent the occurrence of fires in waste gas treatment devices are proposed,so as to improve the safety level of waste gas treatment devices of enterprises and prevent accidents.
