氯碱化工废水回用处理工艺的试验研究

摘　　要：为解决当前我国针对生产废水尤其是化工废水回用处理工艺效果不佳的问题,以氯碱化工生产所产生的氯碱化工废水为例展开研究,在对氯碱化工废水水质参数、处理工艺流程研究的基础上,重点对曝气生物滤池和反渗透系统对氯碱化工废水回用处理效果进行试验研究。结果表明,经曝气生物滤池和反渗透系统为核心的处理工艺出水满足相关标准要求。In order to solve the problem that the recycling treatment process of production wastewater,especially chemical wastewater,is not effective in China,the chlor alkali chemical wastewater produced in chlor alkali chemical production is taken as an example to conduct research.On the basis of the research on the water quality parameters and treatment process flow of chlor alkali chemical wastewater,the experimental research on the recycling treatment effect of biological aerated filter and reverse osmosis system on chlor alkali chemical wastewater is focused.The results show that the effluent of the treatment process with the BAF and reverse osmosis system as the core meets the requirements of relevant standards.
