长沙县路网建设与货运交通发展研究  

A Study on the Road Network Construction and the Freight Transport in Changsha County

摘　　要：长沙县不仅是长沙市重要的交通枢纽和物流集散中心,也是长株潭城市群物流业发展的重要区域之一。结合长沙县实际,本文对长沙县路网建设、物流园区和货运组织进行研究。通过实地踏勘、走访座谈等方法,本文调研分析了长沙县城区客货交通混行、交通拥堵严重的主要成因,同时对如何通过路网设计规划建设和精准规划引导物流行业发展、提升货运交通通行能力、缓解城区货运交通压力等问题形成建议方案。Changsha county is not only an important transportation hub and logistics distribution center in Changsha city,but also one of the important areas for the development of logistics industry in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration.Considering the reality of Changsha County,this study focuses on the road network construction,logistics industry and freight transport.By means of field survey and discussion with citizens,this study investigates and analyzes the main causes of mixed passenger and freight traffic and serious traffic congestion in the urban area of Changsha County,which provides several ways on how to improve the freight traffic situation in the urban area through more careful design of road network and logistics industry.
