摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症属于中医学“腰痹”“腰腿痛”“筋伤”等范畴,是临床中的多发病、常见病。作为中医学基础理论中的1种,经筋理论对腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。本文立足于经筋理论,认为经筋失衡是腰椎间盘突出症的核心病机,平衡经筋为本病的重要治疗方法。Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequently occurring disease,which belongs to the category of“lumbago and leg pain”and“tendon injury”in traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of lumbar tendon is one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,which has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.This paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on the theory of lumbar tendon,and holds that the imbalance of lumbar tendon is the core pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation,and the balance of lumbar tendon is an important method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
