摘  要:针对青海地区高等级公路混凝土表面缺陷修补材料存在耐久性不良的问题,研究了硫铝酸盐水泥基修补材料在污水环境下外观形貌、质量、抗压强度及与老混凝土粘接强度的变化,并采用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)和电子扫描显微镜(SEM)研究了水化产物的组成和微观形貌。结果表明:试件在污水模拟溶液中浸泡至180d,外观形貌没有显著劣化,试件的质量、抗压强度及粘接强度变化率均较小,表明硫铝酸盐水泥基修补材料具有良好的耐污水腐蚀性能;硫铝酸盐水泥基修补材料因与污水中的硫酸根离子反应生成二水石膏、钙矾石等产物,使微观结构更致密,且水化产物在污水中变化不显著,保证了该修补材料的耐污水腐蚀性能。In view of the problem of poor durability of concrete surface defect repair materials,this paper studies the change of appearance,quality and compressive strength of sulfur-aluminate cement-based repair materials under sewage environment.The results show that the appearance of the specimens was not significantly deteriorated after being immersed in the simulated sewage solution for 180d,and the change rates of the mass,compressive strength and adhesive strength of the specimens were small,which indicated that the sulphoaluminate cement-based repair materials had excellent corrosion resistance of sewage.The sulphoaluminate cement-based repair materials reacted with sulfate ion in sewage to produce products such as dihydrate gypsum and ettringite,which made the microstructure more compact,and the hydration products did not change obviously in sewage,ensuring the sewage corrosion resistance of the repair material.
