血清性激素检验在女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎诊断中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的分析血清性激素检验在女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎诊断中的价值。方法选取70例女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎患者作为研究组,另选取同期进行体检的70例健康女性作为对照组。两组均采用化学发光法进行血清性激素指标检验。比较两组的血清黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)以及睾酮(T)水平。结果研究组LH、FSH以及PRL水平分别为(13.26±5.11)IU/L、(13.58±4.36)IU/L、(38.79±10.26)ng/ml,高于对照组的(4.15±1.26)IU/L、(5.33±1.02)IU/L、(10.63±3.47)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组E_(2)、P以及T水平分别为(153.64±30.26)pmol/L、(1.43±0.24)noml/L、(0.32±0.05)ng/ml,低于对照组的(198.72±36.58)pmol/L、(1.98±0.52)noml/L、(0.58±0.14)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清性激素检验在女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎诊断中的价值显著,加强对血清性激素指标的检验能够预测女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎的发生,可充分反映患者的病情,为疾病诊断以及预后评估提供依据,具有较高的临床意义。Objective To analyze the value of serum sex hormone test in the diagnosis of postmenopausal atrophic urethritis in women.Methods A total of 70 female patients with postmenopausal atrophic urethritis were selected as the research group,and 70 healthy women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum sex hormone indexes were tested by chemiluminescent immunoassay in both groups.The serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of LH,FSH and PRL in the research group were(13.26±5.11)IU/L,(13.58±4.36)IU/L and(38.79±10.26)ng/ml,which were higher than(4.15±1.26)IU/L,(5.33±1.02)IU/L and(10.63±3.47)ng/ml in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of E_(2),P and T in the research group were(153.64±30.26)pmol/L,(1.43±0.24)noml/L and(0.32±0.05)ng/ml,which were lower than(198.72±36.58)pmol/L,(1.98±0.52)noml/L and(0.58±0.14)ng/ml in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum sex hormone test is of great value in the diagnosis of postmenopausal women with atrophic urethritis.Enhancing the testing of serum sex hormone indicators can predict the occurrence of postmenopausal atrophic urethritis in women,which can fully reflect the patient's condition and provide a basis for disease diagnosis as well as prognosis assessment,and has high clinical significance.
