基于经筋理论的踝足关节正骨手法治疗腰背痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究基于经筋理论的踝足关节正骨手法治疗腰背痛的临床疗效。方法128例腰背痛患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组患者采用中药塌渍治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合运用基于经筋理论的踝足关节正骨手法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组VAS、RMDQ评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组VAS评分(1.80±0.52)分、RMDQ评分(4.55±1.21)分均低于对照组的(2.90±0.85)、(7.33±1.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.9%,高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于经筋理论的踝足关节正骨手法可显著改善腰背痛患者的疼痛和腰部功能,联合中药塌渍治疗的疗效明显优于单用中药塌渍治疗,值得临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ankle-foot joint bone-setting manipulation based on tendon meridian theory in the treatment of low back pain.Methods A total of 128 patients with low back pain were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 64 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine hot compress,and patients in the observation group were treated with ankle-foot joint bone-setting manipulation based on tendon meridian theory on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)score before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score and RMDQ score of both groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the VAS score(1.80±0.52)points and RMDQ score(4.55±1.21)points of the observation group were lower than(2.90±0.85)and(7.33±1.50)points of the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%,which was higher than 87.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ankle-foot joint bone-setting manipulation based on the meridian theory can significantly improve the pain and lumbar function of low back pain patients,and the combined use of Chinese medicine hot compress is more effective than Chinese medicine hot compress alone,which is worthy of vigorous clinical promotion.
