射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法50例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为实验组与对照组,各25例。对照组接受常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合射干麻黄汤加减治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应(眩晕、大便频繁、无力)发生情况以及临床指标(咳嗽消失时间、喘息缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间)。结果对照组中显效11例、有效4例、无效10例,总有效率为60.0%;实验组中显效15例、有效8例、无效2例,总有效率为92.0%。实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率12.0%与对照组的8.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患儿咳嗽消失时间、喘息缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间分别为(5.0±1.4)、(3.7±1.2)、(4.3±1.3)、(5.8±0.8)d,均短于对照组的(7.5±2.3)、(5.6±1.6)、(5.9±2.0)、(7.0±2.5)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿实施射干麻黄汤加减治疗,可以显著改善治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of cough-variant asthma in children.Methods A total of 50 children with cough-variant asthma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group was combined with modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions(dizziness,frequent defecation,weakness)and clinical indicators(cough disappearance time,wheezing relief time,wheezing disappearance time,hospitalization time).Results In the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 60.0%;in the experimental group,15 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 92.0%.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 12.0%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 8.0%in the control group(P>0.05).The cough disappearance time,wheezing relief time,wheezing disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the experimental group were(5.0±1.4),(3.7±1.2),(4.3±1.3),and(5.8±0.8)d,which were shorter than(7.5±2.3),(5.6±1.6),(5.9±2.0),and(7.0±2.5)d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of children with cough-variant asthma.
