摘　　要：针对新生代船员,人为因素导致的安全事故尤为突出,而人为因素主要集中在安全意识方面。为了更好地做好船舶安全管理工作,笔者借鉴应用邓宁-克鲁格效应,分析判断船员安全意识和技能水平,根据判断结果采取针对性培训,并提出船员安全任职建议,为船舶安全管理工作提供参考。The article analyzes that the causes of current ship safety accidents are mainly human factors,especially for the new generation of crew,and human factors mainly focus on safety awareness.In order to do a better job in ship safety management,The article uses the Deng Ning Kruger efect for reference,analyzes and judges the crew’s safety awareness and skill level,takes targeted training according to the judgment results,and puts forward suggestions for crew’s safety post,which provides reference for ship safety management.
