石碑山海域商渔船碰撞事故的监管对策分析

摘　　要：石碑山海域是广东省十大危险水域之一,商渔船碰撞事故频发,造成严重的人身和财产损失。通过对该海域近5年来商渔船碰撞事故的数量、造成损失等数据进行统计,从人为因素、管理因素、环境因素、船舶因素4个方面分析事故原因,最后从主管部门的角度出发,提出防止商渔船碰撞事故的相关监管对策,并为我国其他海域防范商渔船碰撞事故提供参考。As one of the Top 10 dangerous waters in Guangdong Province,collision between merchant ships and fshing vessels are frequent,which causes serious loss of lives and property.Through the data analysis of accidents and losses in the past fve years,the causes of the accidents are summarized from four aspects:human factors,management factors,environmental factors and vessel factors.Finally,from the perspective of the competent authorities,this paper puts forward the regulatory measures on preventing the collision between merchant ships and fshing vessels and provides the reference for the prevention of this kind of collision in other waters.
