摘  要:幼苗嫁接是幼苗嫁接苗培育过程中技术难度较高的问题,针对现有嫁接技术劳动强度与细度大、嫁接成活率相对较低的问题,现设计一种嫁接组合辅助装置,主要是通过在一个斜滑块上配合间隔设置的两个刀片,刀片的切割刃相平行,保证了接穗和砧木对接切口的吻合,两个对称同步动作的斜滑块,能够同步对植株两侧切割,形成满足需求的切口对接形状,在开设接穗接口的同时能够进行砧木接口的开设,二者切割处接口一致对应匹配,形成双面贴合,实现将结果幼苗接穗与抗体幼苗砧木的切口贴合一体化衔接起来,提高嫁接效率与嫁接成活率。Seedlings grafted seedling grafting is to foster technical difficult problems in the process,in view of the existing grafting technology labor intensity and the fineness of big,the problem of graft survival rate is relatively low,now design a graft composite auxiliary device,mainly through in a technoloy with the interval of two blades,the blade cutting blade in parallel,guarantee the scion and stock docking incision anastomosis,Technoloy,two symmetric synchronization action will sync to plant on both sides of the cut,form to meet the requirements of shape incision and docking,in opening a scion interface interface to the stock opened at the same time,the two cutting interface corresponding matching,the formation of double sided tape,implementation will result seedling grafting with antibody incision joint integration of the seedling root stock rise,Improve grafting efficiency and grafting survival rate.
