高校博士辅导员职业精神现状研究——基于山东省部分省属高校辅导员的实证调查

摘　　要：近几年博士学历入职辅导员比例逐渐增高,他们的职业精神状态影响着大学生思想政治教育的质量效果。调查数据结果表明:博士辅导员男性多于女性,平均年龄在35岁左右的;政治面貌绝大多数为中共党员,部分是群众;学位类别较多,理工科学位的占比超过85%,文科学位的约为15%;从事辅导员工作平均近4年,所教育管理学生年平均近200人;绝大多数博士辅导员工作定位明确,工作自我满意度相对较高;大部分博士辅导员具有良好的职业习惯、令人满意的职业道德以及良好的职业作风;约90%的博士辅导员有明确的职业规划,约25%的博士辅导员不以辅导员工作为其职业追求。博士辅导员在职业情感、职业责任和职业规划上与其他学历辅导员存在显著差异。In recent years,the proportion of admission counselors with doctor degree is increasing gradually.Their professional mental state affects the quality and effect of ideological and political education of college students.The results of the survey showed that the number of doctoral counselors was more male than female,and the average age was about 35 years old.Most of them are members of the COMMUNIST Party of China,and some of them are members of the masses.There are many types of degrees,accounting for more than 85%of science and engineering degrees,and about 15%of liberal arts degrees.He has been working as a counselor for an average of nearly 4 years,and the average number of students he teaches and manages is nearly 200.Most doctoral counselors have clear job orientation and relatively high job self-satisfaction.Most doctoral counselors have good professional habits,satisfactory professional ethics and good professional style.About 90%of doctoral counselors have clear career plans,and about 25%of doctoral counselors do not pursue their career as counselors.There are significant differences between doctoral counselors and other educational counselors in professional emotion,professional responsibility and career planning.
