摘 要:我国水稻逐年增多,稻壳的产量也相继增大,而根据国内外研究表明,将稻壳燃烧并加工产生的稻壳灰可以改善混凝土的性能。为减少环境污染、扩大稻壳灰在混凝土构件的应用,本文通过ANSYS有限元模拟分析,研究不同稻壳灰掺量对高强混凝土梁的初始裂缝、屈服状态下的跨中弯矩和挠度的影响。研究结果表明:试验梁的开裂挠度、弯矩以及屈服挠度、弯矩均呈现先下降后增大之后再降低的趋势,但除了RHC-5组试件外,其他试验组均比基础组有所提升。稻壳灰的含量对屈服挠度和屈服弯矩均有较大的影响,其中RHC-10组试件和RHC-15组试件的屈服弯矩,较基准组分别提高了30.95%和25.47%,可以看出稻壳灰对高强混凝土梁的抗弯性能有明显的提升作用。本文结论可为相关研究提供参考与借鉴。Rice is increasing year by year in China,and the output of rice husks is also increasing.According to domestic and foreign research,rice husk ash produced by burning and processing rice husk can improve the performance of concrete.To reduce environmental pollution and expand the application of rice husk ash in concrete members,the influence of different rice husk ash content on the initial crack,mid-span bending moment,and deflection of high-strength concrete beams under yield state are studied through ANSYS finite element simulation analysis.The research results show that the cracking deflection,bending moment,yield deflection,and bending moment of the test beam show a trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and then decreasing.Except for the RHC-5 group of specimens,other test groups have improved compared with the basic group.The content of rice husk ash has a great influence on the yield deflection and yield bending moment.The yield bending moment of RHC-10 group and RHC-15 group specimens are 30.95%and 25.47%higher than the benchmark group,respectively.It can be seen that rice husk ash can significantly improve the bending performance of high-strength concrete beams.The conclusion of this paper can provide references for related research.
