摘 要:锰是重要的战略资源,尤其在钢铁工业中具有显著地位。在钒渣提钒过程中,锰可在沉钒废水中的循环过程中不断的累积,其浓度可富集至10~20 g/L,具有重大的回收价值。目前针对沉钒废水中锰的提取缺少经济可行的方法,为实现沉钒废水中锰资源的高效回收,本文采用P204作为萃取剂,系统性地考察了其对沉钒废水中锰的萃取效果。结果表明:在P204皂化率为30%,有机相中P204浓度为30%,相比为0.5,萃取时间为6 min的条件下经三级错流萃取,锰萃取率可达97.68%;采用2.0 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)溶液进行反萃,反萃液中锰浓度达49.5 g/L,可直接作为电解二氧化锰的原料。研究结果为沉钒废水中锰萃取回收工艺设计提供了数据支撑。Manganese is an important strategic resource,especially in the iron and steel industry.In the process of extracting vanadium from the vanadium slag,manganese can be continuously accumulated in the recycling process of APV precipitation wastewater,and its concentration can be enriched to 10~20 g/L,which has great recovery value.At present,there is no economic and feasible method to extract manganese from vanadium precipitation wastewater.To realize efficient recovery of manganese resources from vanadium precipitation wastewater,P204 was used as the extractant to systematically investigate its extraction effect on manganese from the APV precipitation wastewater.The results showed that when the saponification rate of P204 was 30%,the concentration of P204 in organic phase was 30%,the phase ratio was 0.5,and the extraction time was 6 min,the extraction rate of manganese was up to 97.68%:the concentration of manganese in the stripping solution was up to 49.5 g/L by 2.0 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4) solution for stripping,which could be directly used as the raw material for electrolytic manganese dioxide.The results provided data support for the process design of manganese extraction and recovery from APV precipitation wastewater.
