摘 要:[目的]建立一种用高效液相色谱测定ZJ10647原药的定量分析方法。[方法]采用Cosmosil 5CAR-Ⅱ色谱柱和DAD检测器,流动相A:乙腈,流动相B:0.0025 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH 2.7),体积比70∶30作为流动相,外标法进行定量分析。[结果]ZJ10647具有较宽的线性范围(52~832 mg/L)和良好的线性相关系数(0.9999),变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为101.0%。[结论]该方法操作简便,结果可靠,适用于ZJ10647原药的定量分析,还可以作类似成分检验的参考方法。[Aims] This study aims to develop a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of ZJ10647 TC.[Methods] The ZJ10647 TC was separated by Cosmosil 5C-AR-Ⅱ chromatographic column and tested by DAD detector, acetonitrile and 0.0025 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(70∶30, by vol) as mobile phase, and quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method. [Results] ZJ10647 has a wide linear range(52-832 mg/L)and good correlation coefficient(0.9999). The coefficient of variation is 0.23%, and the average recovery is 101.0%.[Conclusions] The method is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used as an analytical method for quantitative determination of ZJ10647, and also can be used as a reference method for similar component testing.
