摘  要:在国家“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,为加快能源结构升级,中国正大力发展天然气清洁能源产业。国内的天然气资源丰富,探明可采储量大,预计2025年可以实现2300×10^(8)m^(3)的天然气产量,2040年实现产量升级,达到3000×10^(8)m^(3)。随着国内天然气消费的快速增长和储气能力的不足,天然气安全平稳供应的矛盾进一步加剧,而天然气储气库则可用于增强天然气调峰应急和保供能力。总结分析了国内地下储气库的发展现状和趋势以及地下储气库建设发展过程中面临的机遇与挑战。未来应快速推进国内储气能力建设,解决复杂储气库重大生产难题,通过资源整合提升国内天然气安全平稳供应的保障水平,促进“双碳”目标的实现。Under the background of national"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"goals,in order to accelerate the upgrading of energy structure,China is vigorously developing the natural gas clean energy industry.China is rich in natural gas resources and has large proved recoverable reserves.Natural gas output is expected to achieve 230×10^(9)m^(3)in 2025,and will be upgraded to 300×10^(9)m^(3)in 2040.With the rapid growth of China's natural gas consumption and insufficient gas storage capacity,the contradiction of natural gas safe and stable supply is further exacerbated.Natural gas storage can enhance the capacity of natural gas peak shaving emergency and supply guarantee.This paper summarizes and analyzes the development status and trend of underground gas storage in China,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced in the construction and development of underground gas storage.In the future,we should rapidly promote the construction of China's gas storage capacity,solve major production problems of complex gas storage,improve the guarantee level of safe and stable domestic natural gas supply through resource integration,and promote the realization of the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goals.
